HOW TO REDEEM YOUR
Members will receive a welcome email from crusaders@mberplus.co.nz. Use the 'click here' link within this email to take you to Mber+ site or alternatively click the button below.
1. Getting on to the Crusaders Members Store
2. Create an Account
Create an account by clicking 'Create Password'.
A pop-up window will open. In this box, input the email address found in your Welcome Email. You will then be prompted to set up a password for your Crusaders Members Store account.
Please note you will need to make a new account for 2025 even if you had an account for the 2024 season.
3. Getting Started
Click 'BACK TO LOGIN' and enter your email address and password. Once your in, click 'GET STARTED'.
4. ​Choose Your membership card
Select if you would like a physical member card or digital member card. Then press 'REDEEM' .
5. Start Shopping
Scroll to the bottom and click 'START SHOPPING', now you can choose the items you wish to redeem/purchase by adding them to your cart. You can see your credit amount in the top right hand corner.
Personalisation
Selected items have free personalisation. Click on the item you want and enter the name you would like on that item in the blank field.
6. View your cart
Once you have made your selections, you can view your cart by clicking the shopping cart in the top right corner of your screen. This will provide you a summary of the items you have selected and the total cost.
7. Process your Order
When you’re ready to finalise your order, click on 'CHECKOUT' to move to the next step. Here you can check or update your shipping details. Press 'CONTINUE' to proceed.
8. Apply your credit & payment
You will then need to apply your credit amount in the top field. You can see how much credit you are entitled too above this field.

If your credit fully covers the cost of your items, you can continue with the checkout. If there’s a remaining balance, click 'PROCESS' and simply enter your payment information in the new window.
9. Delivery
After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Your membership card & pack should arrive within 2-3 weeks.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number to view the status of your order.
